Systems analyst · builder · visual thinker

I turn messy processes into tools people can actually use.

I work at the intersection of business operations, data analysis, custom software, and practical automation. My sweet spot is taking complicated workflows, finding the hidden structure, and building something clearer, faster, and more useful.

What I build

Useful systems, not decorative dashboards.

Process intelligence

Mapping real operational movement: claim flows, workbasket transfers, status changes, bottlenecks, repeat loops, and the places where the system is telling on itself.

Custom tools

Purpose-built analyst utilities in C#, JavaScript, Node, SQL, and lightweight local data layers when the off-the-shelf option is too slow, too rigid, or too vague.

Data translation

Turning technical data into something teams can reason with: one-to-many records into clean summaries, raw histories into visual flow, and business rules into repeatable logic.

Range

Analytical enough for the database. Curious enough for everything else.

01

Enterprise systems, claims operations, SQL, Oracle, DuckDB, Power BI, and process mining.

02

Interactive visualizations with Cytoscape, custom graph layouts, locked node maps, filters, and practical UI behavior.

03

Automation, scripts, WPF utilities, Excel workflows, APIs, data refresh pipelines, and analyst quality-of-life tools.

04

Deep curiosity across physics, neuroscience, racing sims, music systems, fitness, and the mechanics behind how things work.

Operating style

“Start with the real workflow. Find the structure. Build the smallest thing that reveals the truth.”

I bridge the gap between people who know the work and systems that need to represent it.

I’m strongest where the problem is half technical and half human: unclear requirements, inconsistent data, manual reporting, brittle processes, or teams that know something is wrong but need a tool to prove it.

The goal is always the same: make the system easier to see, easier to question, and easier to improve.

That is usually where the interesting work starts.
